We are a world-class IT and Accounting Solutions Provider operating in the Cebu City, Republic of the Philippines and doing business in Australia, Japan, the Middle East, and the United States.
To be the global leader in outsourcing business process services in Finance and Accounting, CRM/Knowledge Process Marketing, Software Development, and Business Consulting.
1. To provide finished projects that are on time, on track, and in budget.
2. To add value to our clients as a thinking partner.
3. To always explain the Total Cost of Offshoring before you sign and to otherwise maintain impeccable ethical standards throughout the organization.
Our client base includes small to medium sized businesses (SMBs) and business units within larger organizations who want to control costs and boost service. We like to work with leaders who are looking to implement world-class technology in their day-to-day processes. These leaders are future-thinkers and are very conscious of the globalization trend. They want to know how advanced technologies can be leveraged within their organization to stay abreast of the 21st Century. Our customers see outsourcing as a proven yet innovative source of strategic competitive advantage that will help their organization compete into this century.
More about us. After being President of Farcite Inc., Jonathan Corners, a Software Architect, thought of setting up his own BPO company in Cebu, Philippines. Upon careful evaluation of the location, he concluded that Cebu was a perfect place to set up a Regional Headquarters, an extension of his Logical Designs, Inc., company in California. Aside from the perfect weather, Jonathan noted the level of infrastructure, the skills level of the workers, universities, and the peace and order situation of Cebu, Philippines.
While in a playful mood, Jonathan, together with business partner Sachiyo Nomura, a Quality Assurance Specialist specializing on international trade, and Cecilia Casas, a Human Resources specialist, they thought of a catchy name for their business. They wanted to evoke a sense of ownership to their clients, relaying the message that anyone can author, create and own their own IT application. iGotIT was one of the few contenders for the business name. The name got harder to pronounce after some time. Hence, “iCatchIT” came into being.
iCatchIT formally began operations on August of 2004 immediately with two accounts, an accounting program for a California-based accounting firm, and a web development project for a Cars business based in Japan. From there, iCatchIT grew their business to Australia, the Middle East, and to other parts of the US.
